Useful things to bear in mind for UK Customers…
We try our very best to be on time – but don’t always manage it
We do absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time. But there are all sorts of unforeseen problems that can prevent that – including breakdowns, extreme weather and illness. We’re sorry if we’re late but rest assured we will contact you if that is the case.
If you’re out when our courier attempts delivery they’ll leave a card to let you know
If no one answers the door when our courier attempts delivery they’ll leave a card letting you know they’ve been and which of the following actions they’ve taken
- Attempt re-delivery (Delivery will be attempted 3 times in total)
- Leaving your order with a neighbour
- Leaving your order somewhere safe on your property
Please note certain items will require a signature as proof of delivery.
Next day Delivery
Please bear in mind that orders placed after 4pm (Monday -Friday) can not be delivered on the Next Day. Expect delivery the day after next. Orders after 11am on Saturdays will be delivered on Tuesday.
International delivery usually takes 4–14 working days and is free for orders of £100 or more.
For orders under £100, our delivery charge depends on the country.
Standard Delivery to the EU starts from £12.00 for standard delivery (5-7working days). Express Delivery available £18.00 (2-4 working days)
Standard delivery to USA and Rest of the World starts from £15.00 for standard delivery (5-10 working days) and £18.00 for International Tracked and signed (5-7 working days). Express Delivery available and starts from £22.00 (2-4 working days)
Useful things to bear in mind for International Customers…
Please check import taxes and customs fees
If the country we’re delivering to has import taxes or customs fees, you’ll be charged when the order reaches that country. To avoid any surprises, it’s best to check this before you order.
We can’t give refunds on anything damaged or lost after we deliver it
We can deliver to hotels, storage and freight-forwarding companies (so long as you’ve asked them to take delivery on your behalf). But after they’ve accepted the delivery, we won’t be able to give refunds for damaged or lost goods.
We don’t deliver to PO boxes
If you use a PO Box as the delivery address, we’ll cancel the order and refund anything you’ve paid.
If you’re not at home when your order arrives, look out for a card
If there’s no one at home when your order arrives, the delivery service will put a card through your door. It’ll let you know what they’ve done with your order, which can include:
- Returning it to the delivery service’s office
- Leaving it with a neighbour
- Leaving it somewhere safe on your property
For some products, the delivery service will need a signature to prove that they’ve given you your order.
